Information we collect
When you contact us, we collect your name, email address and project requirements, together with any optional company, country or product-interest information you provide. We also record anonymous website activity such as pages and sections viewed, scroll depth, time engaged, form interactions, contact-button clicks, device category, approximate two-letter country code, referral source, UTM parameters and whether a Google click identifier was present.
How we use it
We use this information to respond to business inquiries, match products to stated requirements, prepare quotations, protect the website from abuse and understand which marketing activities generate relevant inquiries.
Service providers
Information may be processed by providers that support website hosting, inquiry storage, email delivery and analytics. We do not sell submitted inquiry information.
Analytics identifiers
Our first-party measurement uses randomly generated browser and visit identifiers. It does not store your IP address, browser fingerprint or information typed into a form before you submit it. Visitor identifiers rotate after 30 days and inactive visits reset after 30 minutes.
Retention and choices
Anonymous event-level website activity is retained for up to 90 days. We keep inquiry information only as long as needed for the business conversation, recordkeeping and applicable obligations. You may ask to access, correct or delete information associated with your inquiry.
